Capturing a Property Before Opening

In April 2026, St. John Media worked with Happy Valley Casino in State College, Pennsylvania, documenting the property in preparation for its grand opening.

The production provided an opportunity to capture the casino during an important moment in its development: after years of planning and construction, but before the public had fully experienced the finished property.
