Documenting Construction Over Time

In 2026, St. John Media began documenting the construction and evolution of an Inizio Engage non-dispensing pharmacy facility in Louisville, Kentucky.

Rather than waiting until construction was finished to tell the story, Inizio Engage wanted to document the facility as it was being built, allowing employees, partners, and followers to see the project develop over time.

The first chapter was captured on June 24, 2026, when Joey St. John traveled to Louisville.

Production combined drone footage of the developing facility with behind-the-scenes construction coverage and interviews with Inizio Engage employees.

Those interviews gave context to the imagery by allowing the people involved in the project to explain the work being completed and why the new facility was important.

Returning to Document Progress

On August 8, 2026, Kiernan Gallagher traveled back to Louisville to document the next phase of construction.

Returning to the same project several weeks later allowed St. John Media to visually demonstrate the progress being made.

Kiernan again captured drone footage, construction B-roll, behind-the-scenes material, and interviews to continue the story established during the first visit.

Production & Post-Production

Post-production has followed the same distributed approach as production.

Joey St. John and Kiernan Gallagher generally edit the material they personally capture, allowing each person to carry their respective chapter from production through post-production.

Rather than keeping the footage unseen until construction is complete, St. John Media has been producing short one-to-three-minute progress films that Inizio Engage can share on LinkedIn while the project is actively underway.

That approach transforms construction documentation into an ongoing corporate storytelling campaign.

From Construction to Completion

A final production trip is anticipated once the Louisville facility is complete.

At that point, footage captured throughout the construction process can potentially be brought together into a larger finished film showing the project from development through completion.

Instead of simply revealing a finished building, the series preserves the process of creating it—giving Inizio Engage a visual record of the people, work, decisions, and progress that went into bringing the facility to life.
